Our Reception children have amazed us all with how well they have settled in to their first full week at school. Thank you to their Y6 buddies as well as the Y1 children in Ash for being such brilliant role models supporting them. As you can see, they've been very busy with their topic of pirates. Ash class is festooned with beautiful paintings, intriguing treasure maps and a pair of Pirate Pete's smelly feet, which the children have described as fishy- eww! If your child is in Ash Class be sure to ask them about their very first welly walk, which they went on on Friday afternoon.

They are looking forward to many more adventures to come, heave-ho me hearties!
